Your privacy matters to us. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you use Wheel of Names — and the short version is: almost nothing. We believe a free tool should respect your privacy by default, not as an afterthought.

Information We Collect
We collect no personal data. There are no accounts and no sign-ups on this site, so we never ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying information. Everything on the site works without you telling us who you are.
The names and lists you type into the wheels are processed entirely in your own browser. They are never uploaded to our servers, never stored by us, never sold, and never used for advertising. When you close the tab, your list is simply gone — unless you chose to save it on your own device (see below).
How Your Data Is Handled
Our tools are designed so that there is no data pipeline to worry about. Your wheel entries stay on your device from the moment you type them to the moment the winner is picked. We have no database of your lists, no analytics profile of your spins, and no way to connect your activity to you personally.
The only storage that may be used is localStorage on your own device — a small space in your browser where your wheel lists can be remembered between visits so you do not have to retype them. This data never leaves your device, is not transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time by clearing your browser’s site data.
Cookies
We do not set tracking cookies and we do not run advertising or analytics cookies that follow you around the web. The site works fully without any cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
One exception to be aware of: if we ever embed third-party content such as videos or web fonts, those providers may set their own cookies according to their own privacy policies. We do not control those cookies, so we recommend checking the privacy policy of any embedded service you interact with.
Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is very little for us to hand over or delete — which is exactly the point. You are always in control: you can clear anything stored in your browser at any time, and you can stop using the site whenever you like without losing anything.
If you ever emailed us, your message lives in our inbox like any normal email correspondence. You can ask us to delete it by writing to admin@wheelofnames.sbs, and we will comply promptly.
Contact
Questions about this policy or about how your data is handled are always welcome. Reach us at admin@wheelofnames.sbs and we will answer within 1-2 business days. You can also read our Terms of Service for the rules that govern using the site.
